If you have been receiving less phone calls since installing the call blocker, then it sounds like some of the numbers that were calling you previously are included in the pre-programmed list, and so are automatically being blocked for you. Hi, Thanks for your feedback. Apologies for any confusion, however, when you first connect the call blocker it will only automatically block numbers that are on the pre-programmed list, any numbers that are not on this list will be allowed through, and you would have to add them to the block list yourself to make sure they are blocked in the future. Hi Dave, Thanks for your feedback. In order for the #2 feature to work, the number that is calling you needs to be displayed on caller ID, and you need to make sure that you are using a cordless phone that is part of the same set of phones that the call blocker is connected to. Hi Luke, Thank you for your feedback. There is a way you can unblock a number without having to scroll through the list if you have several numbers blocked already. To do this, you would need to follow these steps : 1. Get a dial tone. 2. Press and hold the "Block Now" button until you hear a beep. 3.
