With the odd few unavailable's that are getting through try this fix. Create a dial tone, enter * * 7 # # wait for the Beep and then simply hang up. The feature you describe is the only part of the process you cannot do, maybe on future products? The V10000 has 10000 numbers pre installed already and has been collated form all our older models.
