This is my third CPR Call Blocker. I started with the 2000, upgraded to the 5000 and now the 10000. The phone almost doesn't ring. Occasional twit that spoofs someone's real number or an inactive number gets through which I then block manually. Best model yet.

Problem was the red button didn't block calls. Problem was solved in three steps: first I called CPR Help line and they tried to fix problem and asked to try it out for a day or two and to call back if it still doesn't work; I called Help line back and tech had all the details of my first call. He ran thru diagnostics & determined CPR needed to be replaced; tech handled exchange both verbally and with email instructions and pre-paid mailing label. Return was simple. Received replacement CPR in a few days.
