Disconnected phone cable line from wall outlet and connected it to the LINE port in the Call blocker port. Then disconnected cable from the phone to the TEL port. Now can see display on the blocker screen. When phone comes in I select SPEAKER button on the phone base and then push BLOCK NOW. It seems to work OK, but NOT all the time. NOT sure why. When clocked SUCCESSFULL message and count goes up.

I like the very large built-in blocked phone number list and also the very large capacity for user-added numbers. It is also great to be able to block numbers by area code or by prefixs within an area code. What I do not like is the poor manufacturing quality of this latest version.(V100K). The display often freezes rendering the box inoperable until the phone line is disconnected and reconnected. I previously returned another unit of the same model as it unacceptably erased on its own all of the hundreds of blocked numbers I had entered. Previous versions were much more reliable but have much smaller number capacities.

Instructions aren't clear for secondary set up. Have had to disconnect and connect again for it to work

Many spam calls still go through. Multiple phones on a landline is a problem to get to the set to block.

We are still getting calls that are not blocked,,they show with a odd number all the time.it's just the same

I still have not figured out how it is supposed to work completely. I have had a few calls get through and when I answered I heard nothing and then a bleep and I knew it was someone asking for money or selling something so I hit the call list and then block now. I did call customer support a week or more ago got put on hold and then they hung up !

Do not stop spam calls automatic . A person must hit red button.

This is my third CPR Call Blocker. The first two failed for the same reason. The first was replaced under warranty. CPR would not replace the second under warranty. This unit is the result of a trade in of the second unit. Hopefully, it will perform better than the first two.
