We apologise for any lack of clarity; we process and ship within 24 working hours, so yours was sent out first thing Monday 22nd via our nearest fulfilment partner, Amazon Warehouse. We understand your frustration and disappointment - especially with this being a birthday gift for your father. We hate that it didn't arrive as expected. Our records show delivery was completed to your mailbox on November 8th around 4pm, but we understand packages can sometimes go missing or delayed with couriers despite tracking.
