Hello Bodo Of ten if you are having issues with this check the amount of rings you have the voicemail set to. Try changing this to maximum this allows the call blocker to be programmed. Also try starting the coding with a # not ** so in the case it would #* first. Another option for you try is to press the Block now until you hear it beep this often resolves programming issues.
