Would I buy one again? Yes. But the design/documentation could be better
In general the CallBlocker CPRV10000 does what it purports to do, albeit, with some rough edges. Page 3 of the "Quick Start Guide" is misleading or downright incorrect. The Additional Blocking Features are NOT displayed unless a call is received and this feature is activated - at least that's how I understand the explanation CPR Technical Support presented it to me.The "Block Now" button will stick if it is pressed above the center of the button. CPR is aware of this problem but does not have a fix at this time. The use of the term "blocking of VOIP/Rogue Dialler Callers" is incomprehensible to me as is the difference between Private and Unknown Callers - and I am an electrical engineer. Finally, I have to use the Parallel Set Up for my Caller ID to work properly. However, this is discussed in the Guide. Even with all these comments, would I buy the CPRV10000 Call Blocker again? Yes. The device is not perfect but it still does an effective job. One more comment: the inclusion of 10,000 of the latest scam/robocall numbers probably does little, if anything. There are probably millions of these numbers in existence and the list grows hourly.

Hello Ken. Thank you for review of the V10000. Page 3 of the manual shows you the type of call you have received and if this allowed or blocked. You also have what mode you are currently in on there Ken. I have check for errors on the manual and everything is showing what options are on the display screen when used. You are correct the feature is shown when the call comes in. This is a feature added so our customers can identify the call with picking up the phone to respond. The call blocker uses different codes Ken for the identification of Private and Unknown callers, as identified on Page 11 of the manual. This also applies to Voip\Rogue Dialers also. The Block now button yes we are fully aware of and we hope to a fix as you say. I hope this answers your queries for you Ken and it is good to know that you are having a peaceful day now. If you have any questions or just need some tips then please do not hesitate to contact us here at Technical support ken. Kind Regards Colin Technical Support CPR Global CPR Call Blocker
