I’ve had it for over a week now I’ve called twice I don’t know whether the people just don’t want to deal with it or what but they cut me off and I can’t get any help it does not block calls

I attempted to take advantage of the fresh start program for my pc. Each time I called to check on the status of it, I was told something different every time. First I was told I needed to get a new computer because the mother board did not work. Next, I was told I could have the motherboard replaced since there was nothing wrong with the hard drive. Then I was told that it would take a while to replace the motherboard because they had to get authorization to do it. Then I was told that the motherboard was successfully replaced, but the hard drive didn't work; I was told that the hard drive would be replaced with another and would not be the full terabyte. The full process took an entire month, plus I was given the impression that my data on my computer was backed up: it was not. The dvd rewriteable drive was removed without my permission: there was nothing wrong with it; my dad did tell me the dvd rewriteable drive could not be used to reboot the computer. Finally to insult to injury, I was told to do my own virus scan; additionally I was *not* given an invoice of the changes made to my pc. The entire process took a month. I will not use their services again, and will discourage anyone else from using them.

Connected my new call blocker and over time my phone stop working.

Got my call blocker a few days, so far it has not worked! Seems to working now, So far so good.
