Hi Sharon, Thanks for your feedback. If you have caller ID issues with the call blocker connected, then you simply need to change the operating mode of the call blocker. To do that, you would follow these steps : 1. Get a dial tone on your phone. 2. Press and hold the "Call List" button on the call blocker until you see the number 100 appear on the call blocker. 3. Hang up the phone. The call blocker has 3 different operating modes, so you may need to repeat this process a couple of times before you find out which mode works best for you - the second time you follow the above steps you will see the number 200 on the call blocker, and if you have to do it a third time, you will see 300. Hi, Thanks for your feedback. Issues like this can be resolved by changing the way that the call blocker interacts with the phone line. In order to do that, you would need to use the white cable that came with the call blocker, and follow these steps : 1. Connect your telephone line cable to the LINE port of the call blocker. 2. Connect the red end of the white cable to the LINE1 port of the call blocker, and the other end to your phone. Hi Lee, Thank you for your feedback. If a number is not on the pre-programmed list, then the call will come through as normal.
