Do not select Express Delivery as it is far from it, still waiting 5 days later and at £9.95 it should arrive next day or at least the day after. Customer service are less than useless as well.

The website has not worked for ordering for 2 months now. Can't make any changes in my "cart". Why can't they get this fixed? It is extremely frustrating. They want you to call and place order. UGG

I was sold a like new wedge and it is far from new. It has rust all around the face and chips. It is a terrible club especially rated for their "like new".

Terrible customer experience. Firstly, I placed an order over the Christmas period, the order ended up arriving over a week late because they closed over the holiday period (this was not made clear before or after the sale, I had to email to find out). Second and more importantly, I returned the item a month an a half ago (a few days after receiving the item). Since then, after 5+ phone calls and a further 5+ emails I still haven't received my refund. The customer service team keep insisting the money will arrive, but it never does...

Bought an “average” rated set of Callaway Epics. This model is about 4 years old and it was over $700. This set is TRASHED. I’ve seen hundreds of sets of used clubs in my life - this was not even close the worst set I’ve ever seen. My previous set had about 300 rounds on them over 10 years or so- they spent half their life thrown in the back of my car, and my worst club from that set was 100 times nicer than any one of these Epics. Gouges all over the bottom. All over- and deep. The 4 iron has a gouge in the middle of the face. The set has newer grips, but they twisted them all, so they weren’t aligned at all, and looked ridiculous. I was happy to pay a good $200 over eBay prices just to ensure a good quality set but I couldn’t have been more wrong. You’re better off on eBay where you have pictures of what you’re buying. Do not buy from this site. I’ve bought used from eBay, 3balls, second swing, golf galaxy with no issues. They should be ashamed to put the Callaway name on a set like this.

Op 6 september een order geplaatst met een melding bij de club die ik besteld heb dat deze op voorraad lag. Het proces van order tot levering vooraf bekeken, dat zou tussen de 3 tot 4 dagen totaal in beslag nemen. Kreeg argwaan bij het zien van de orderbevestiging dat de datum van levering op “niet specifiek” stond. Gebeld met de servicedesk ( na veel moeite te bereiken) krijg ik de melding dat er mogelijk problemen zijn met het “Nieuwe Systeem”. Maar geen communicatie naar de klanten helaas. Weten niet wat dit voor mijn order gaat betekenen en na mijn laatste telefoongesprek met de servicedesk nog steeds geen enkele reactie ontvangen.

Apparently, they are not encrypting client personal information, and the recent data breach has exposed my data to the hackers. Not trustworthy.

Absolutely ridiculous service. When you call their helpline, you need to wait endlessly… in fact I could never connect with the service. Decided never to buy on this website again
