Callaway Pre-OwnedReviews of callawaygolfpreowned.com

Still waiting for the arrival of two wedges after having ordered it on the 27th of august. We are now the 12th of september. No shipping has taken place yet. By far the experience you expect from a premium brand.

Ordered a putter which arrived in good condition. Unfortunately it was not suitable so I have been trying to return it. Been waiting 4 days for a return code and label. Have had 3 emails all saying they are working on it, will be in touch and passing to the right department but no return label. Very disappointing and won`t be using this company again !!! Did eventually get a refund but it took a lot of chasing !

CAUTION! Do not order from this site! I ordered a 3 hybrid-18 degree club and they shipped me a 4-hybrid, 24 degree club! Then they sent me a shipping label to ship it back, which I did AS SOON AS I GOT IT, and they still have not refunded my money. When I called to ask when I would receive my refund, one customer rep told me 2 weeks, one told me 10 business days and one told me 12 business days! No one seems to know what is going on there. You would think that if they messed up the order (I even cancelled it 10 minutes after buying it and they STILL shipped it!), that they would expedite the refund process to accommodate their customers. I will not be buying form them again. And if it takes so long to get a refund, I can imagine how many returns they must get (probably due to sending the wrong clubs). It's a bait and switch - they show you a picture of the club and make you think you are getting THAT ONE, but then they switch them! Stay away from this company

I ordered a set of Apex 200i black in like new condition. Received chrome ones that were all beat up. When I called and talked to JORDAN. He told me I didn’t pay for like new which I have the receipt for and talked over me the whole time. I will never do business with these guys again. Last time I ordered a club they waited 2 weeks to tell me they sold me o e they didn’t have. Terrible service and inaccurate products.

Appalling, ordered item, ORDER CP1961, advised 3 days later that item was no longer available but refund had not been processed…the sting in the tail is, they are still listing the item on their website. Use at your peril.

Bought a set of edge clubs for my 14 year old earlier this year. Order and shipping process was fine. Problem came when he tried to use the clubs and the driver broke on his second round. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the warranty department ever since to no avail. I got an initial response saying they’d contact me in 2 business days but that was early June. Won’t ever use them again and suggest you don’t either. Once they have your money you are out of sight out of mind.

Purchased a club and traded in a club. The club I shipped was in great shape and had a headcover. They didn’t accept the trade. Said shaft was broken. I requested it returned. They snapped the shaft and didn’t return the headcover. It was a Titleist that I tried to trade in. Maybe the reason. Don’t use trade in program.

Very disappointed with my experience with Callaway Pre-Owned. I ordered a putter that was listed as available and received an order confirmation. After my order was accepted, 5 days later Callaway canceled it because of an inventory issue. I understand mistakes happen, but the way this was handled afterward was extremely frustrating. I spent a significant amount of time contacting customer service trying to resolve the issue. I reached out 7 times by email and also called, but instead of receiving a clear resolution, I was repeatedly directed back to the same options and sent in circles. I was told I could receive a discount or price match another equivalent putter. The alternatives suggested were more expensive, and not the same condition as the original “Like New” putter I ordered. After multiple contacts with customer service, I still ended up without the product I purchased and without a comparable replacement. The time spent trying to resolve this issue was extremely frustrating, especially when the original problem was caused by an inventory error on Callaway’s side. I expected more from a premium golf brand. The representatives were polite, but the overall customer service experience and lack of a meaningful resolution did not meet the standard I expected from Callaway. I hope Callaway improves the way situations like this are handled in the future.
