I paid £15 for a 4 week online plan only. I was horrified to see a pending payment on my account for £79 less than 4 weeks later for a Calistway subscription which I hadn't signed up for or was aware of. Thus you get automatically signed up before you even start. This is misleading and fraudulent but they refused to refund me. I've now reported the company to save other people from this distress and get my money back which is rightfully mine in principle.

I subscribed to a trial and almost immediately had health issues. I totally forgot about the programme. I suddenly saw a pending transaction on my credit card of over £117. I immediately cancelled the subscription, not even realising or remembering there was one. Sadly Calistway will not refund the amount, despite me not being able to use the programme. Very disappointed with this 'jobsworth' approach. Responded to Calistway's request and received a reply. Absolute waste of time. Avoid and beware of trial periods etc!!!!!

I believe I will like the program but I hate it when a company keeps offering additional items. I almost want to cancel my order it is so distasteful to me. I believe you should put it all out before you go to the order page and let people decide then--stop with the next special offer and another special offer. It makes you look cheap.
