CalistwayReviews of calistway.com

Do not sign up for 4 weeks because they will take full payment from your account without any notice. The exercises are elementary and food the plans not to my taste. Avoid this fraudulent outfit.

Total lacking in transparency re charges - be very careful re signing up for anything on insta or like. Low initial charges and hidden automatic monthly renewal at exorbitant fees ( am sure notice is hidden somewhere on initial signup ) - no advance notice before billing. Look out for on credit cards. Businesses like this should be closed down - bordering on fraudulent with no notice before billing ! Careful !!!!

I didn't receive work out plan on my Gmail. What was l charged for???

I signed up for a trial period (introductory offer) in July, it was £15. I tried the app for a while, very religiously for a month but did not loose any weight nor felt less bloated (fluid retention) - although this was meant to work and is apparently tailored to you individually. I stopped and then realised that soon after Calistway charged me £78!!!! I was unaware of further charges, when I signed up there was no mention of it. If there is an automated renewal (which is a foul sales pitch anyway!!!), it needs to be made very clear when you first sign up!! How disgusting. Where is the company's transparency and honesty?????? I see in the reviews that many more people complain about this, once they have fallen for it like me. I will dispute this with my bank, they are fully supporting me, report Calistways sales tactics and write to them to get my money refunded. I am happy to take this as far as needed. Keep well away from this company.

I paid for a trial Then our of the blue came a debit on my card of£78. And they tried it again the 2nd month. This is appalling. The routine isnt particularly good anyway.

I paid £15 for a 4 week online plan only. I was horrified to see a pending payment on my account for £79 less than 4 weeks later for a Calistway subscription which I hadn't signed up for or was aware of. Thus you get automatically signed up before you even start. This is misleading and fraudulent but they refused to refund me. I've now reported the company to save other people from this distress and get my money back which is rightfully mine in principle.

I subscribed to a trial and almost immediately had health issues. I totally forgot about the programme. I suddenly saw a pending transaction on my credit card of over £117. I immediately cancelled the subscription, not even realising or remembering there was one. Sadly Calistway will not refund the amount, despite me not being able to use the programme. Very disappointed with this 'jobsworth' approach. Responded to Calistway's request and received a reply. Absolute waste of time. Avoid and beware of trial periods etc!!!!!

After trial 4 weeks they charge you 90.59. No refund possible.
