I have purchased 3 bracelets in the last year two broke quickly and one popped off and was lost. Not too happy with the product and when i reached out to customer service for the last broken one, I was required to send photos. I guess my word is not good enough. I did get a refund on one bracelet, but too little too late. I recommend you buy elsewhere.

Beaded Bracelet broke while wearing 2 days after received. Although they did replace I had to pay for shipping and rep blamed me. Replacement bracelet lasted 6 days and broke while sleeping. No response yet from customer service. Done and won’t be back

I sent an email to Cigio support about the Infinity Black Stingray Golden bracelet I ordered and to date have not received a reply back. I emailed because I needed to exchange the bracelet for a larger size. Going to hear back soon but the delay in responding does not give me a good impression so far.

I can't say enough about the quality of the product and the customer service. I am particular about how a bracelet fits and had to order several sizes until I could make a final choice. I corresponded with them and got a prompt response that was extremely helpful. The bracelet itself was classy yet understated. I could wear it with a crisp white shirt with jeans ... or a tuxedo. I love that about the product! I have already received several compliments while wearing it.
