Took a chance so glad I did!
What a beautiful basket! Four bottles of wine and all the goodies you would want to compliment them! Our first opportunity to use this company and was so pleased with timeliness of delivery, customer service, making special arrangements when my schedule got too crowded to b here for delivery, all without a hitch! cant wait to have a reason to use this company again!

FedEx Disaster!
I shipped the Napa Valley Wine and Gourmet gift basket to the family of my daughter's boyfriend who was hosting her in NY for Thanksgiving via 2 day delivery. It shipped the next day, a Thursday, and should have arrived Friday or Saturday. Come to find out that California Delicious only delivers on weekdays and not Saturdays when FedEx does deliver on Saturdays. On Monday I realized that I was 1 digit off on the delivery address and quickly fixed the situation with FedEx. They promised to redeliver that day but they did not attempt to do so and were sending the basket back to me in California!!! My daughter and her boyfriend had to intercept it at the FedEx shipping office 5 minutes before closing. It was a very embarrassing experience but I hear the wine and goodies in the basket were delicious. I would have definitely given a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the FedEx Disaster!

The cookies were expired since July.
the gift looked different from the original picture and the food was out dated for a long time.

Hi Samantha, I am so sorry that you were unhappy with the basket. I wanted to let you know that the date on white sticker on the foil pack of the cookies is the Bake Date not the expiration date. I know this is confusing and have been working with our vendor to try and get this changed. I would like to make this up to you- I will contact you via e-mail. Best, Tricia

Calif to Michigan
Wanted to find a gift of California items to send to Michigan as a thank you. Your website was great. Lots of baskets and gifts to choose from. Your pricing was reasonable and each display looked great. Your delivery was prompt and the folks in Michigan we sent it to were very pleased and couldn't wait to enjoy the items. We will definitely use you again. I get tried of sending flowers and this is so much better. Thanks again!

Excellant Service and Products
I wanted to provide items from California to the staff of a vendor that I work with in Ohio. The California Delicious representative was extremely pleasant and worked with me to customize a basket of the best of our state. When I arrived in Cleveland the staff members had nothing but praise about the cheese, nuts, crackers and jam that they received.
