Took forever to get the WRONG package. I ordered boots and a shirt and got geriatric Velcro shoes no shirt and have received NO REPLY from customer service. You can’t speak to anyone and have to email them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I have purchased three paints Jean's in amount 4200 rupess . Purchased time my paint length is 42 cm. After wash the paint length is 40 cm. 2cm is srink and sort. My height is 6 feet 1 inch.I always wearing a 42 cm length of paint. And your showroom representative no response. He is asking this is company problem and no return. Please find my solution

Ordered boots, they are not what is portrayed in the visual. They are trash, they look home made. They stink like glue . They were shipped in a plastic bag not a box and they took almost a month to arrive. Also sizes are not true, these are suppose to be a size 9 but I believe they are sis 7.5 horrible return policy. Never again. I recommend you do not order from this company

Ordered January 7, confirmed on January 8 by Caliboot and shoes have still not been received.

Purchased boots. Took weeks to arrive, and they are absolute garbage. Not even boxed, just in a plastic bag. They stink like a nail salon, and look and feel like they came from a dollar store. I think the "soles" are actually hard plastic. Spirit Halloween sells better quality than this. Also, they are clearly different than the ad photo. All the good reviews are about ordering, not product. I wish I could upload a photo

I still await product although payment was processed immediately. I would never had ordered the shoes with this type of timeframe regardless of product. I can not speak to quality-unknown. I should have shopped locally. I have learned my lesson. I will never place an order here again.

Nothing to edit. Quality of this boot is so poor. Give my discount to someone else. Will donate these boots. First, the shipment was late. Tried to cancel prior to delivery. That failed. I requested a refund and was informed that I would need to pay for the expensive shipping costs back to China or a 75% in store credit. Most importantly the boots smell horrible. A very plastic smell. The quality was nothing like pictured in the link for this boot. Emails are responded to within 24 to 48 hrs so thats kinda nice?? Buy at your own risk.

I purchased three pairs of boots, including two pairs advertised as winter boots from Caliboot on the SHOP platform. Based on the product descriptions, images, price point, and existing reviews (SHOP & Trustpilot), I reasonably expected to receive standard footwear, with at least two pairs suitable for cold-weather use. I ordered multiple pairs solely to assess fit and quality, and with the notion to return items that weren't suitable. Upon delivery, the package was significantly smaller than expected for three pairs of winter boots. All three pairs arrived folded flat and bundled together, each in thin plastic packaging, indicating a lack of structure (not packaged in individual shoe boxes for example). The materials do not appear consistent with standard boot construction. The soles are extremely thin and foam-like, with no noticeable rubber or insulation. The upper material resembles low-grade felt or thin plastic with a very strong chemical smell- headache inducing. Although the products resemble the advertised images at a superficial level, they do not function or feel like boots and do not align with reasonable consumer expectations created by the marketing and photos. Fit and construction are inconsistent with typical footwear design, and branding labels appear to be glued on and misaligned. The return process is less desirable for online consumers such as myself. Returns must be initiated by email rather than through a standard return portal. The options provided were: A full refund only if the items are returned at the customer’s expense to a warehouse in China, with potentially significant shipping costs, OR, A 75% store credit while keeping the items. Although, company possibly indicates these return policies somewhere, it wasn't easily apparent to me when I purchased these items and neither option provides a straightforward or consumer-friendly return experience.
