Virginia. I ordered 2 pairs of boots ordering was easy and taking my money was fast boots were horrible cheap cheap cheap no support I sent 39 messages no reply except they will answer in 24 hours they never replied. After 20 messages and vey irate they answered saying they were sorry and this is not how they handle things I asked for refund they offered 75 percent to keep boots I said no now more weeks until they replied as usual they apologetic i asked for return Addresd to return more weeks finically they sent return address at my expense and they wanted tracking number cost. More to return boots that the thread they were sewed on but I returned to let company and wanted my money waiting for boots to get to china but I am waiting for my refund I will never never order again from this company no customer service they want to keep your. Money but I did not give up if you read this this is a true account and accurate I lived this mess with caliboot I will never order again this is how china does want no part of china to all that reads this review it is terrible to experience this waiting on my return checking tracking number pls don’t order or support them I am and or still living this nightmare

I ordered a shirt that arrived late and did not match the advertised photos. The sleeves did not fit due to a clear defect, and the overall quality was very cheap and poorly made. When I attempted to return the item, I was told I would have to pay for return shipping, even though their own policy states that defective items should be covered by the seller. I refused to pay to return a defective product. Very disappointing experience. I would not order from this company again.

Worst experience ever paid of course never received purchase!! I believe it’s a scam despite some positive reviews that they probably wrote, should have done homework beforehand!!! Have replied and customer service putting all blame on logistics carrier with absolutely no proof of delivery!!! Could been wrong house mixed up in transport what ever happened to customer service???

ITS TOO LATE FOR ME, BUT SOMEONE NEEDS TO CONTACT PAYPAL OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD USED AND SEE IF YOU CAN FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THEM. I ordered boots in a US size 9 and when I received them I knew right away they were way too small. They have a 40 on the bottom which is equivalent to size 9. I tried to get my foot in and it wouldn't even go in half way! I'm screwed because I'd have to pay to have them sent back to China! I will keep them and will not be able to resell them because they are not a true size 9 :( I received a 75% discount on my next order. Guess I'd better order a scarf since they are one size fits all. Buyer beware of sizing!! And the return policy is crap.

Do not buy anymore. I purchased boots. They are absolute garbage. They are poor quality that are different from ad pictures. Pack with a plastic bag,Feel like they came from a dollar store. I requested to return the boots. They sent me a return address that only country, city, building’ name, company name. No street name, no street number. I asked to send me detailed address. Then no next. This is bad customer service. Bad experience. I communicated with Caliboots staff many times. Caliboots Sent me wrong return address which is Chain. My friend who is in China would not find the address that means my return item will never be received and Caliboots has reason to reject refund my money. I really want to load pictures, unfortunately..

I’m looking for a worn leather looking loafer and the picture of these shoes on line is not what you get. Do not buy if you think you’re going to get something like the picture of these brown leather loafers. These were 80 dollars not worth it I wish I could upload the picture of these shoes so you can see it’s not like the advertisement

Cheap China crap. Buyer beware. Also, their return policy on their website conveniently neglects to mention that returns are not welcome. And...if you decide to return what you ordered, they tell you that you need to pay for oversea's postage and only then will they refund you. OR...you could buy something else from their website and they'll give you a discount.

I ordered a pair of boots. But when they arrived and I took them out they had a high chemical smell, they were flimsy with a cheap, thin rubber sole, and they were too big. Very cheaply made. More like a cheap $5 slipper. When I went to return them and contacted Caliboot to find out the process I was sent an address to China. Not the U.S. address from where I bought them. So I brought them to UPS and they wanted $240 to send them to China and USPS wanted $60 to send them to China. Obviously A LOT more than what I even paid for them. And I was told it would take many months to get there. So.....now what???? Caliboot purposely has customers send their product back to China because they know people won't pay those prices. So the customer is stuck with their sh____ product. Caliboot doesn't offer no return address label and no remedy to return the product at all. Crappy, crappy business. DO NOT BUY FROM CALIBOOT!!!!!!!
