I ordered a pair of trainers from Caliboot, didnt realise they were getting delivered from China. When they eventually arrived they were of very poor quality and material. Contacted Caliboot for a returns address and a full refund, only to be told that they would have to be returned to China which I would be liable for the postage before I would get a full refund, the postage to China would be more than what I paid for my trainers. I got told I could keep the item and receive 75% of my order value as store credit. What company operates like this. If ordering from Caliboot please check were your order is getting shipped from.

Buyer Beware! The dress I bought was too big and honestly a low quality fabric. I noticed a lot of items don’t even have the fabric type listed!! I contacted to return and was told you pay for an expensive return to China $39-$45 or we issue a 15% credit and you keep the item. Not worth the hassle of guessing if something fits from such an unknown site. Too risky - look elsewhere.

I ordered a pair of shoes of a very poor quality that do not look like the photo. When told to return them for a refund to China, I find that the cost to return them is the same as the cost of the boots. beware of the return policy. Repeated communication with Caliboot has gotten me nowhere.

I ordered from a photo of a beautiful boot; however Caliboot sent me an item that looked like it was from a thrift store. When I tried contacting them it was like trying to contact a ghost. They took forever to respond and when they did it was by email, which is fine but they wanted me to jump through hoops. They told me I had to take a picture with the boot on ( confused), so I did. They also told me to measure the boot from top to bottom (why, it’s their merchandise). And then they said I had to send the boots back to the China warehouse and pay for the shipping. Now….. if I did that, the shipping would cost more than the item. Wow!!!!! I will never shop from this store again, they’re scammers, I won’t let my family or friends shop here either. Very bad business, I’m also reporting them to the bbb.

These items come from China Ordered 8Jan…took weeks to come…asked for return instructions on 26th when it eventually arrived and was not suitable. Many extremely polite emails by return from them but still no instructions …lots of prevarication. Eventually managed to return and returned on 2 feb at a cost of £11+as had to be sent back to China! No acknowledgement that it has been received as wish for refund..yet another polite but useless email. It is now 19 feb. This has been huge hassle and have sent and received several emails throughout the prolonged process but still no refund. Would definitely not recommend this company .

I've been trying for a few weeks now to get a refund. The shoes I received were so cheap looking. Customer service just keeps putting me off saying they will get back to me, but they never do. Update: Finally received an agreed upon 50% refund.

Poor quality for the price—avoid. I saw an ad on Facebook for snow boots, but the pair I received was very poor quality compared to the high price I paid. When I tried to return them, the company told me I had to ship them back to China at my own expense. What’s frustrating is that the boots originally arrived from Pennsylvania, USA, shipped by an individual. This is a very dishonest way to do business and makes returns nearly impossible. I’ve had a terrible experience and would not recommend trusting Caliboot.

They provided the wrong size of the item I ordered. I contacted them and they told me, I needed to pay the return postage to China. Why should I pay the return postage ? When it was their fault in the first place. The item is of poor quality , does not even look like the item on the picture they posted on the their website. Do not buy from this site ! It’s a rip off !
