Hi AS Shah, We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your experience and appreciate you sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that we are an international e-commerce company, and some of our products ship from overseas warehouses, which can affect delivery times. Shipping timelines are outlined at checkout and in our policy pages. Regarding returns, international return shipping costs can unfortunately be high depending on the destination. For this reason, we offer alternative resolutions, including partial refunds without requiring the item to be returned. The partial refund amount offered is based on internal policy and the condition reported. We understand that this situation did not meet your expectations. If you are willing, please contact us again with your order number so we can review the refund details and ensure everything was processed correctly. We remain committed to handling concerns fairly and transparently. Caliboot Team
