Complete scam! This company does not stand by its policies or its word. I was thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience, and it’s clear they will go out of their way to avoid refunding customers—even when they’re clearly in the wrong. In my case, the item I received was not as described, and parts were damaged. Their policy states that issues like this qualify for a refund or replacement, but they refused to honor it. Instead, they dragged the process out with endless emails and excuses, only to offer a small fraction of what I paid. It honestly feels like they’re intentionally trying to wear customers down so they’ll give up on getting their money back. Even when it comes to small amounts, they’ll do whatever they can to keep it. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether.

If I could do less than one star, I would definitely do it. I blame myself for not reading the reviews before I ordered the coat. It does not look at all the way it does online. It was too large and boxy looking and the sleeves were about 2 inches too short. Cheap piece of junk! In order for me to return it, this is what the person I was emailing with told me (verbatim) I had to do before they would provide the return instructions. “Additionally, could you please send us a clear photo of the item showing its measurements using a measuring tape, or you may also share a photo of how the item fits when worn—whichever is more convenient for you.” SERIOUSLY?? number one I’ve never had to do that before. Number two, I believe that their request to send them a picture of myself in the coat is a violation of my privacy at best! After reading all the reviews, I’ve just decided to donate the coat to Goodwill. This is just not an item that I would be interested in wearing. I have never seen such terrible customer service in my entire life Buyer BEWARE!!

Bought shoes, they never came. Complained twice. Third time I asked for a refund, same day got an email to say my shoes have left the warehouse. Been over 5 weeks and still no shoes and no refund - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

Do not use this site. Poor quality item. No refunds Tried to return knowing I was responsible for shipping. Return address given was China. Quoted $110 shippping for a $50 item!! Update: the companies response is to contact customer service……I had repeatedly contacted customer service who were not helpful before writing review.

If I could give the company zero stars, I would. Do not buy from them. Not only do they have ridiculous fees that YOU have to pay to return something, the sizing, etc. is way off. After only getting a discounted in store credit, I had to wait for almost a month to get this second item and that's AFTER I noticed it was sitting in shipping for over a week. When I received the item, it was way too small and has no tags on it for me to prove that it was the wrong size. This is horrible and I hope everyone takes heed when considering ordering from them. Such a joke!

I ordered 5 items from Caliboot beginning of February. Only one item arrived. There is almost $300 in missing items. I feel this company is misleading customers and I would not recommend ordering from them. They reply to email by saying they are forwarding the complaint to the fullfillment team for further investigation. Then I hear nothing back. I send another email and I get the same email about forwarding it to the other department. Then nothing again. I will be reporting this company to my credit card company

This company is awful and a scam. They respond to messages online with very proper responses that are not very helpful to the customer that they have misled and stolen money from this is a very poor business practice. Shame on you.

They are advertising different products then what they mail to you. The boots I ordered were not the boots I received. Super cheap SHEIN/Temu type product is what I received and paid over $100 for it. When you message to try and return the items, no one responds. When you call the 800 number to contact them via phone, the number does not connect at all. GIANT SCAM. Had to go to my bank and claim fraud against this company.
