They sent boots that were not the boots in the picture. To get a refund I was expected to pay to ship them back to China, not a US distributor. That would have meant the refund might not even cancel out my cost! Then they offered first 75% store credit, then when I complained, only 30%! This company is a scam run by fraudsters!

This company is a rip off! I ordered a pantsuit for a wedding and when it came, the pants LITERALLY WERE SEE THROUGH. They were not represented as such online. When I was finally able to reach someone in returns (via email) they said I had to pay the shipping to return the pantsuit (sending to China mind you) before they would credit me back (even though it was NOT my fault or change of mind- you literally could not wear these pants out in public!). I disputed the charges on my card-still battling over it. Would never purchase from them again!

This is the review I sent to Calliboot: It would be good to sell the correct sizes of your merchandise. First the coat was obviously not size XL. Then the boots were obviously not Size 41. Your company exists to steal money from people because you also say easy returns, and then say the customer need to pay to return the items to your factory in China. Your customer service is nice enough to offer a discount for another item to paying for a return; however, your merchandise is substandard. I am out $80 because I believed your hype. They don’t deserve even one star. Their products are so cheap in material and quality of work. Waste of money. I made an order in January and try and return it. Right away they offered 30%off toward new purchase. I refused it and shipped back the order and paying over$30 for shipment. It’s been 3 months and nothing. They claim that the package is in customs so they can’t refund my money. I know I never will get back my $130. Stay away from them.

They don’t send packages so you lose you money I ordered grey tennis shoes never got them

Terrible company. Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of loafers in my size. One pair arrived and didn’t fit. Second pair got lost. Contacted the company for a refund and to have them investigate the loss of the other pair. Was told I had to send the shoes to a warehouse in china to get a refund. The shipping was going to cost more than the shoes! Tried to contact them several times to get a resolution but the emails came back as undelivered. So now I’m out approximately $200 for a pair of shoes I can’t wear and a pair that I never received. I highly recommend no one shop with them. They should be ashamed.

I ordered a lovely pair of $97 pink brogues. When they finally arrived they were very light (package 662gms), too big, weird shape and of very poor quality. I wanted to return them and had to wait ages for a response. I was given an office address in mainland China and it cost me $38 to post on 11th January. The package was returned today saying "import prohibited". The company had offered me a 50% refund and a voucher to use for the rest of the money. I was too mistrustful to buy anything else and it expired with in 30 days so lost that too. I now have a package that I can only throw in the bin. Avoid companies that can't do easy returns.

I placed an order from Caliboot and never received it. Their is no phone number, and you can't log on to their site. Although they provide a tracking emoji, it doesn't work. There are numerous references regarding this company scamming buyers. They are a fraud. Please don't purchase anything from them. 04/06/2026. Your response appears to be delayed, and I had not received any communication from you regarding this matter before this post. I have not received the item you mentioned shipping. My bank has informed me that you possess my signature confirming receipt of the item, which I find to be impossible. The idea that a company would falsify such a claim is quite concerning. A family member, who is an attorney, has recommended that I discontinue communication with you. I have sent at least eight emails attempting to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received a resolution, and am done with the matter.
