I can’t write a review about the shoe. I ordered them over Thanksgiving Still no shoe, no indication when it will arrive. I got an email yesterday that said…yeah, your shoes have been shipped! I saw where they had been through customs coming from China. Had I known they weren’t available domestically, I wouldn’t have bothered. I leave Friday for my Xmas trip. So, I’ve ordered replacement shoes from Nordstrom. They will be here tomorrow. I little warning that your shoes will take a month or ore would have been nice.

Ordered boots on black Friday. It is now December 16th, I finally tracked it,and apparently it was delivered,but I never received anything! I've reached out to them 3 times,no reply or assistance! Save yourself the trouble,buy elsewhere!!

Horrible customer service. I ordered a hoodie and ordered it XL to ensure it would be big enough in case their sizes run small. They do run small but extremely small. Their XL fits like a small to XS. Can’t even zip it up. They are only offering a partial refund or i can ship it back to China on my dollar to exchange it.

Ordered " oversized wool coat in white" for $49.95" Received a poorly constructed garment only matching the picture in color. Garment was unlined, pictured coat had shawl collar, garment received had a thin hood, coat advertised as oversized, garment received was very tight about an American Large, I ordered 3x. Very poor quality ! Garment does not match advertised picture. DO NOT PATRONIZE CALIBOOT.

I bought a sweatshirt from here in their ‘sale’ £80 reduced to £35, it’s branded but it’s a total fake and looks like it’s from Temu. Such poor quality I wouldn’t pay £10 for it in the shops. Uses fake photos of the real sweatshirt online and it’s completely different in colour fabric and isn’t even sweatshirt fabric it’s a shiny fleecy fabric. Also their company is based in china for paid returns which isn’t mentioned on their site.

The boots do not look like the photo at all! It says you can return them, but all they offer is credit towards something else in which is going to be the same low quality! Never again! Chalk that one up to a loss of $100.00

HUGE SCAM STAY AWAY Plastic looking shoes arrived…have emailed over 10 times and no response. Stay clear!

My order arrived in about a week. (The order was shipped from China) I needed a smaller size boot and when I reached out to customer service they told me to keep my first order and they would happily ship out the new order free of charge. And then nothing… no communication, no acknowledgement of my new size request. It’s been over a week since my last email to them… will probably not hear back. I would not recommend this company.
