I received a hoodie for my daughter and its way too small and doesn't look like the picture. That's fine. What's not - I've asked THREE times for return/refund instructions and they won't provide that information, even though their return policy states that if the item is unused and in original packaging, I can get a full refund. Now they're insisting on pictures to prove the hoodie doesn't fit my daughter (even asked if I'd send pictures of her wearing it! Umm. No.) Terrible company. Don't buy from them. ... I bet you a small, cheap hoodie that I will get a response from "Hannah" that says... I have not yet received my package beginning of December and no reply to my email’S They do not do customer service over the phone. Not a great way to do business.

I never write reviews. But if this saves someone else wasting their hard earned money like I did, then the time and effort is worth it. One star is too many for my experience. To begin with my order sat for one week in their warehouse. I had to contact them to tell them it hadn't moved. I reached out several times to customer service while waiting because I couldn't access my account because when I clicked on acoount, what came up was "the page doesn't exist". I received one generic reply - after my third attempt - apologizing for my difficulty but offering no help. Today I received my order. The size was wrong. I ordered large. The package said large but the item - a long hoodie - is an extra small at best. It would fit a child. The quality is shameful. I paid $75 for something I wouldn't have paid $10 for. I feel scammed. No, I was scammed.

I ordered my wife a pair of ugg boots, I have yet to recieve it, I see the tracking number but its stationary no movement and I ordered it the 23rd of December 2025

Caliboot has charged me for a coat I never received. It was to be for Christmas. Ive emailed them on their site too many times, with no response. They responded to me on a review O placed here to their email site. I did, several more times, a continued no response. Now I have to go through Fraud with my CC. Caliboot, you should get the Boot outta here!

I placed an order on 11/19/2025. It is now December 29, 2025 and I still have not received the order. I have emailed them 4 times with only one reply on 12/5/2025 saying that the order would arrive within 5-8 business days from when I placed the order. The last 3 emails following up to find out where my order is and then requesting a refund have gone unanswered. This is very frustrating.

This is my experience. I checked with trust pilot the reviews were good for this site. I was under the assumption that since the website is in California that's where they ship from. Dummy me. They ship from China. So my package shipped from China under a tracking number that seems to not exist by International couriers until today. The USPS tracking did show it came over seas though to be shipped again to me from a storage facility in PA. The package I received was no where near what I ordered. I feel like a fool. I have contacted them twice so far at info at caliboot dot com for a refund and where to send their package back( to the storage place or China). I purchased some shoes and it took weeks to get to me and once it got to me, it was For quality and did not match the look of the picture. Also, I could not get anyone from customer service to get back to me. It’s been three weeks and I’ve had to reach out three times and still nothing.
