I ordered the sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas and it arrived 1 month later. Nowhere in the website was mentioned that it was coming from China. The picture on the website does not match the color or quality. Its fake. I have sent a message to the customer service for return. Do not understand why we have to message to return. Hopefully I get my money back.

I attempted to return a sweater bought this Christmas and was ignored. First, I could not sign back into my online account that I had created for some reason. Then, I emailed the company three times to no avail and when I called the number on the website there was a message to the effect that they were not taking customer calls. Then I called the phone number listed on my AMEX statement and nothing happened, no answer, just disconnected. It appears that they were just trying to wear me out. Finally, I had to do a charge back on my credit card.

Nowhere on Caliboot's website does it indicate that they ship from China, which isn't really an issue for me, but if I'd known ahead of time it was going to take 4 weeks to get the winter coat I ordered, I would have bought one from someone actually in my country. I could forgive the slow shipping time, however, if the coat actually fit. I ordered a 2xl, a size larger than my normal size, just to be on the safe side. It's still too small. The sleeves are too short, it barely closes around my torso and is uncomfortably snug and despite being listed as "thigh length," it barely reaches my waist. The cost to ship it back to China looks to be about half of what I paid for the coat in the first place, so it's not really worth bothering. Now, cue the same copy and paste response from Hannah.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. And looking at the reviews here it looks as though this is the only thing this company is good at. I feel this company is a scam and just steals peoples money and then when you email them which I did 7 times and sent pictures as request no response. What a shocker... the coat I bought was a cheap sweater that was sent to me... all I wanted was a return address to send it back and get a refund but that is not happening... Completely ghosted and keep your generic response and spare me please. People don't waste your time or loose your money you will not get the item you ordered and will not get a refund... Thanks Caliboot do better and not scam people.

I ordered a coat on 12/19 and received it yesterday. It came wrinkled up in a bundle, with no packing slip or inside label-very odd. The coat is too small. When I reached out to the company about how to return it for a refund, the reply was the I would need to send a picture of the coat being worn (to verify it's too small??). I rarely have to return items, but I have never had a company ask for a picture to "prove" the item didn't work. I will never buy from this company again. Update 1-7-26 The company's reply indicates they want to resolve the issue if I just reach out to customer service. However, I have reached out to customer service 4 times now and they have responded only one time and that response was to take a picture of the item!! This company is a scam!

NO NO NO NO. It’s ok until it isn’t! I bought an expensive pair of shoes. They sent me the wrong size. I asked to return them. They said - sure you can! But YOU have to pay the return to China! That cost TWICE the shoes! You are taking a HUGE risk that they do everything right. And the sides of the shoes were broken down as well! DON’T DO IT!!!

First off the boots took forever to come! I received the wrong size and they were advertised as 100% leather and their cheap plastic! I'm getting no help at all on returning them! I would not ever order again!12

Website is a scam. Nobody responds to your emails or inquires, said my shoes got delivered and they never did after a month of waiting for them and cannot get a response from the email on the website
