Unacceptable quality and service
First, it took 20 days for the boots to arrive. Second, the tracking number didn’t work for a couple of days so I thought it was a scam. Third, the boots are called leather knee high boots and they aren’t leather and very poor quality. Fourth, I have emailed customer service seven times in a 2 1/2 week period to try to return them with no response. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I bought a $130 pr of supposedly suede…
I bought a $130 pr of supposedly suede clogs wig Hitch shipped from the states in the worst packaging I’ve ever seen, not even in a box. They were too small, when I inquired about an RMA I was advised the shoes must be returned to China. I’ve taken the package to both Fed Ex and UPS who advised it would be well over $250 to ship, plus we’d need government documents. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS, THEY’LL CHEAT YOU BIG TIME. Caliboot is a SCAM!!!
I ordered a pair of what I thought were the cutest penny loafers I had ever seen. But when they came in, a month later, they were not the same shoes they advertised on Facebook. They are plastic and reek of paint. The thread is an orange/yellow color, and the shoes are brown. I was skeptical after I ordered them because I saw a different company advertisement with the exact picture that Caliboot used. It’s a picture of female legs with white cropped pants, same exact picture!! I emailed Caliboot and told them I wanted to return the shoes for a refund. They answered me and told me I could keep the shoes and get a credit for 75% for more merchandise, or that they would give me the return address, but that it’s expensive to send mail out of the country. They said to let them know my decision. I answered them saying that I wanted the address…….crickets, have not gotten that information. It’s been over 2 weeks since I requested it. I will never buy from them again, mainly because of FALSE ADVERTISING!!

Boots shipped from China and were damaged!
The boots I received were shipped in a shipping bag instead of a box. The boots arrived crushed and have spots on the faux leather, like water damage. Per the company's return policy, direct shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or an error was made. The boots were damaged and faulty. Caliboot offered me a 75% refund and will not provide a shipping label to return the boots. I should receive a full 100% refund for the damaged boots. Caliboot only responded to my email once and will no longer reply. The boots shipped from China. Do not order from Caliboot!
