First time ordering, received a soiled blouse. I immediately took and sent a picture. Received the notification that they had received my request and would 'look into it'. After a few days, I wrote again and received same response. They refuse to resolve the issue so it's apparent that the products are sub-par and customer service is awful. Received this response in Trustpilot Hi Melody, Thank you for your email and for sending the photo of the soiled blouse. We have referred your photo and details to our fulfillment team for review. Once we hear back from them, we will get back to you promptly with the next steps. We appreciate your patience while we look into this matter. A couple of days ago I wrote a review on my experience with Caliboot. Needless to say it wasn’t the most gentle review because I had just received another email from them saying (in the nicest way possible) they stood by their return policy and were not willing to assist with a good solution for my warranted dissatisfaction. I read the review back and even thought to myself that it just wasn’t presented well so I’ve decided to rewrite it now that I have calmed down. So here it goes. I have never purchased anything from Caliboot. My daughter found something she liked on the site and requested it for her birthday. I saw the picture and thought it was cute so I ordered it in hopes that it would be here in time for her birthday which was about 10 days later. Unfortunately it didn’t come in time and actually didn’t arrive until 30 days later. When it arrived I realized by the quality of the hoodie that my daughter would not like it. The material was that “uncomfortable polyester” that feels at times like you are suffocating in it. I was surprised because I paid a lot for it and it was probably worth about $15. Of course when my daughter opened it on Christmas it took her less than 3 seconds before she said “mom this is not a good quality hoodie” and I agreed. The next day I started a return. Which was a task in of itself trying to find how to return on the website but essentially I needed to write to request a return. It took about a week and 3 emails with the last one I wrote stating that I would be reaching out to my credit card for a refund. As soon as I sent the last one they finally reached out. From there it just went down hill. They offered to let me keep the item and I would get a 70% credit towards another purchase or I could return it for a full refund but I had to pay the shipping. I told them I would return it and they sent me the address which was in China. The cost for the shipping would be almost as much as the hoodie. I wrote back to them several times asking for them to resolve this issue and requested a return label since it took so long to get here and it was such poor quality. The would not do so. Ironically, all their emails are very polite but there was no real customer service experience. So if you are interested in an item from this company, this is what you should consider before you hit the “purchase” button. 1. There is a strong possibility based on my experience and other reviews that the quality of the product will not be very good in comparison to the price you pay. 2. If you need it right away, you will be disappointed. Ours arrived a month later and way too late. In other reviews some waited three months or never received the item at all. 3. If you want to return the item, you will be given two options. A credit for a percentage of the total and you get to keep the item. Mine was 70% and I’m assuming that is their markup so they aren’t loosing anything. Or a full refund but you must pay for shipping it back which was just as expensive as the purchase. 4. Customer service is not part of their business model so if you reach out for help in resolving the problem, you will only get a stock email that looks like a “copy and paste” they send to their rightly dissatisfied customers. In short (or long based on the length of my review). It’s up to you to decide if you want to roll the dice with this company. I urge you to read the other reviews as they are consistent and then make your decision. For me, based on being in a customer service industry for my entire adult life, I will not be purchasing anything from this company in the future. I lost time and money dealing with Caliboot.

Scam company, the return address is a storage unit in Pennsylvania. Company is unwilling to respond to my emails for a return. The product was crap, poorly made, and not what website advertised. . I strongly advise not to buy from this website and I’m hoping to get my refund. There are no links for refunds or returns and they are nonresponsive.

BUYER BEWARE I purchased a pair of boots with a faux leather appearance but the boots I received had a faux suede appearance which completely changed the look of the boot and I hated it. Their return policy is very clear- within 30 days of receipt, product unused - I met those requirements yet I had to go back and forth on email 5-6 times with them trying to haggle with me instead of honoring their policy. Lastly, the website says Morocco but the products are delivered from China. Shady.

I’d rate it a zero if that was possible!! First off the boots I ordered took forever to arrive! Then an elf could maybe get his foot in the boot it’s impossible and the boots are made of idk what junk! Terrible

Walmart has better quality. Unknown return options , and initial delivery took a month. They say boots from most Morocco, but shipped from China. Vegan leather boots are like cheap plastic. $65 lost

I ordered presumably a knitted fair isle sweater. It took a month to come. Four days before it came their tracking system said it was delivered. When I open the package, it was not what I ordered at all! It was a screen printed polyester sweatshirt-very cheap. I paid over 50$ for it. When I contacted the company-they always said they’d get back to me in 24-48 hours. They never did. I have told others about this and they said to just give it up because they will return my messages nor my money. Never had an experience like this where I was totally abused in a purchase.

I ordered the Ergonomic ankle boots for women in my size. Even though i selected to 'buy from US' the order was shipped from China, and took 3 weeks. The material looked like suede online but much cheaper and flimsy once i received the boots, and the toe area was much too tight. I initiated a return but didn't get a response for 2 weeks, during which time i sent several follow up emails and called the phone number which they don't support. 3 weeks after my request i finally received a return form (after posting a poor review). In order to return I will need to pay for shipping back to China. The cost to ship it to China would be the same as the cost of the boots. I requested a US address to ship to, and awaiting a response. This company should be upfront about shipping from china regardless of the country the customer selects, and that returns are difficult and costly.
