Horrible bank. Constantly freezes my debit cards even after I notify that I am traveling or confirm I made specific purchases. Called card services and they tried telling me my card was active and could use it but it still constantly got declined and I couldnt transfer money from bank. I've been stuck out on traveling trips and not able to check into my hotel and left with no where to stay because of this bank. Absolute worse.

Worst bank I have ever experienced probably in the world, not just California. They're predatory with their children accounts and have no safeguards in place. The last straw was when they enabled something I had disabled in settings and they have charged me a fee for.. this has happened multiple times. Crooks

absolutely terrible experience, misled on the 9.5 interest offer, then they failed to mail out a refund check, now it's a whole long process and they are holding my money for over 90 days, managers are not able to do anything to make this even a little less miserable. avoid this institution.

After almost a decade of banking with CCCU, I'm sorry to say that I am searching for a new credit union. The "new digital banking experience" app / website rollout was poorly managed from start to finish. Little if any direct customer communication about the transition, zero transparency about potential issues regarding integration with other apps and services, and zero heads-up that there would be a hard stop date for using the old site / app. I'm not sure why they felt the need to switch over to this "new" app. It's horribly designed and glitches every time I use it. Looks like it was designed by amateurs and functions about as well. It's time to say goodbye to Cal Coast, I fear.

Terrible! I regularly get false information from their "support" team, their policies and procedures are awful for the customer, and they refused to give me my sign up bonus despite having done everything in the promo offer I received (they said I needed to keep $50 in my checking account when the promo offer specified SAVINGS - they are truly incompetent and they refuse to right their mistakes).

Worst customer service. Made getting a loan the most complicated experience ever. Took an entire month for this process just to end up wasting my time. Everyone was always giving me attitude and being rude if I asked questions. Been here for years and definitely moving banks after this experience.
