I ordered a pair of shoes and a jacket. Never know when they shipped, it just arrived after a few weeks. I order a large side jacket and the one they sent is 3xl, very big. I emailed them about that and they kept saying that 3xl is my L. It was a waste of time. The phone number and address in Canada is a show. Everything is in China.

This place is fraud!!!!!! I have not received my order. I contacted them 10000 times and have yet to even receive a tracking number. If they don’t respond in the next couple days, I will report as fraud & take legal actions to get my money back. This is unacceptable. People work too hard for their money.

Complete Fraud. I ordered a jacket from them almost a month ago, yet no order confirmation email, no shipping confirmation email, but conveniently took the money out of my checking account with no issues. I have contacted them multiple times and NO RESPONSE. I sent one more email just now, and if I don't receive any response I will report them as fraud and pursue legal action to get my money back.

I ordered about a month ago,I haven’t received anything from you guys Either send me my two coats that you kindly took money out my account for, or put my money back in my account This is horrible... And if I don’t get an response within a couple of days I will be reporting this company for fraud

Thank you Calceus and Sandy...Yeah I have one of my husband's gifts! Today it arrived. I hope he have it! I was worried because I wait 24 days and I thank you! I understand that this season is more work! And little by little your Company will be doing everything better !!! I wish you continue growing. And Merry Christmas to everyone🌲🌲

This company has awesome shoes for men, I am jealous that I can't find women's shoes this great. Out of 4 pairs, we had one pair that didn't fit the normal size ordered, and was replaced with a larger size. One word of caution, when returning from the U.S., international postal rates apply. It worked out in our favor this time. Support was great to work with, too. So can you sell women's shoes... please???😀

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It took more then 2 weeks to receive my order. Packaging is hideous, they just wrapped the shoes in bubble wrap, no box! The product is not true to it's size, there is no size indication on the shoes by the way, quality is very low. Shoes have bad chemical smell (not like leather shoes should be smelling). More to this, you'll have problems returning them. Seller will find any possible excuse to not provide you with prepaid return shipping label AND they want you to ship it to China or Canada which will cost a fortune! There is no live person you can talk to over the phone, email only. Business like this should be shut down!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

Good product for the price. Timely delivery
