DO NOT BUY from them. It is not a U.S.-based company and does not have a warehouse in the U.S. It is a Chinese company masquerading as an American one. The products are of low quality since they are made in China. Shipping will not be quick as it will be coming from China. If you need to return an item, be prepared to cover international shipping costs. The practices of this company are deceitful and misleading. Stay away from using their services.

Subject: Complaint about Calceus Company Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company, Calceus. I have encountered several issues that have greatly disappointed me and led me to question the credibility of your business. Firstly, the delivery of the ordered product was significantly delayed. I had to wait for over a month before receiving any updates or communication regarding the status of my order. This lack of responsiveness and failure to provide timely information is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company's customer service. Furthermore, when the product finally arrived, I was dismayed to discover that it was not the original item I had ordered. Instead, it was a replica from China, as I could trace its origin. This kind of deception is highly unethical and deceives customers who trust in the authenticity of the products you claim to offer. I find it disheartening that Calceus engages in such practices, as it undermines the trust and confidence of potential customers. It is crucial for businesses to maintain transparency and honesty to foster long-lasting relationships with their clientele. I hope that by bringing these issues to your attention, you will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation and prevent others from falling victim to similar experiences. I expect a prompt response addressing my concerns and a satisfactory resolution to this matter. Yours sincerely, [Your Name]

Avoid this company at all costs. All the previous reviews are right, they are a scam company selling cheap Chinese rubbish. Stuff you can get from Temu at a fraction the cost. You think you are buying from a company based in the UK, but you are not. You have to return to China or Canada, so it cost you a fortune. I sent mine tracked to Canada, cost me £23 only from it to be refused at their end, so apparently it's on its way back to me! Don't make the mistake I made and everyone else made, just avoid altogether, it will save you in the long run.

Similar BAD experience to others unfortunately. Ordered shoes through the Calceus Uk site. The shoes arrived (around 2weeks) and were very nice design and quality looked good. Sadly the sizing is really poor with the shoes being extremely narrow. Upon contacting for return I was advised *NOT* to return to send address in Staffordshire but to return to Canada which cost me half the price of the shoes in the first place with no offer of support with this cost. I basically had to pay £25 to just try the shoes on! But there was no point in keeping and selling on as can’t see anyone with the same size feet being comfortable in this product.

DO NOT BUY - might as well be a scam. web address appears to be in your country. It's not. Items are shipped from China Very cheap and flimsy product, barely worth a quarter of the price. I requested an immediate refund but had to ship the items to Canada. I'm based in the UK.

What a strange customer service. $50 sandals needing to be returned and company indicated that I pay return postage via USPS and upon receipt I would be refunded only $15.00……WOW was I taken Now new sandals going to our men’s mission. This is such an unsatisfactory company…….so sad!

UK customers be warned - return postage is to Canada so upwards of £20 just for a pair of slippers. Read the reviews below. I was so cross I battled, declined to return the slippers and was eventually refunded £12.60. I said I’d mention this in my review. In fairness the slippers are ok but have a horrible ‘Fashion’ logo across the front. Tried to gift them as suggested by customer service but can’t give them away. £30 lost. Avoid.

SCAM!! This website stole our PayPal account password and charged $699 to our credit card. Do not trust this website!! Don’t know if we’d ever get the shoes we ordered because we contacted our credit card to deny this purchase after we saw the other charge hit PayPal.
