My company has been working as a fulfillment partner with Cahoot for several months and the overall experience has been very positive. The technology is easy to use and I feel confident in the quality control methods implemented to make sure orders are accurately fulfilled. By requiring operators to scan and verify each item as they're packed, the error rate is essentially zero. If any issue does arise, it's always a quick and easy support ticket away from resolution. Usually they respond within minutes and there's no delay in shipment. As a fulfillment partner we are also required to conduct bi-weekly cycle counts which helps to keep all parties on the same page. To this date, we've never been unable to fulfill an order due to missing inventory. Operating as a fulfillment company is not easy. It takes a ton of organization and flexibility but the Cahoot system really takes on a lot of the work. I'm hopeful that Cahoot will continue to innovate and update their technology. I love that they actively reach out and talk with us about our needs and what features we'd like to see implemented. I can see that they're invested in our success and I appreciate their commitment to a long term and positive relationship.

We used Cahoot for more than two years and spent tens of thousands on fulfillment services. The platform appeared promising at first, but in our experience it often failed to perform as expected. Order syncs failed. Shipments were delayed. Tracking numbers were not scanned. We had to manually monitor every order to prevent issues. After several written complaints and a formal termination request, Cahoot did not cooperate. They cited an auto-renewal clause, demanded additional payments, and did not release our inventory. They also restricted our access to the platform without prior notice. CEO Manish Chowdhary responded to our termination attempt by stating: “You’re trying to back out of obligations you clearly agreed to. We will pursue what we’re owed.” In our view, there was no effort to address the problems we raised — only continued demands and threats of billing. The relationship began with professional communication but ended with legal pressure and withheld property. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company. Sellers should carefully evaluate alternatives before choosing a fulfillment partner. This review reflects our personal business experience with Cahoot and our interpretation of events.
