I contacted them immediately, and they went above and beyond to help me choose the correct size at no extra charge. I only paid less than $20 for shipping, and they answered all my questions quickly and professionally. When I later broke my glasses, there was no doubt in my mind—I contacted CA Glasses again. Their website is super easy to use, their prices are incredible, and their customer service is outstanding. Before placing my order, I had a couple of questions, so I called them. They asked me to send a text message, and within seconds I had clear answers. The initial ordering process was very straight forward and was delivered quickly. However, the original pair of glasses did not fit well and ended up being much too large for my face. Customer support was very helpful in resolving the issue by helping me get a better fitting pair, including suggestions of smaller frame options.

Very responsive to communication through email. Had an issue with nose pieces falling off of glasses and they sent me a new set of frames to correct the issue.
