The order was placed and paid for. 1 month later, I get email responses stating they are Expediting the glasses to quality control. The same response, word for word on Oct 16, and Oct 20. Customer service takes days to respond, and their site has stated the order was in Quality check B for weeks. I have requested a refund.

I really hate to write this negative review, but I have to be honest. I ordered a pair of their glasses three years ago, and the glasses arrived fast and the script was accurate. I ordered again recently and it took me over a month to get them, and the script was not accurate. I reached out to customer service and they offered to remake them. The glasses took over a month again to arrive, and they are still not accurate. I do not understand what has happened since I ordered three years ago, but this company does not have the same standards.

Absolute garbage company. If you want zero customer service, extremely long wait time for your glasses, and no communication then this place is for you! If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Been over a month since ordering and still haven't gotten my glasses. I literally think there's one person that works here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS!!! If you don't belive me then go look on Reddit. See the comments about this place there. They have 14 complaints with the Better Business Bureau and none answered by CA Glasses.

I am disappointed with my experience with CA Glasses. The quality of the glasses was not as good as I expected, especially considering the price. More importantly, the delivery time was much longer than advertised. I was told that orders should take no more than 15 days, but my order took approximately one month to arrive. Unfortunately, the product quality and delayed delivery did not meet my expectations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend CA Glasses and I hope they improve both their product quality and shipping times.

If I could leave negative number review I would. 6 plus weeks with no glasses and a total runaround from what they call customer service. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

Bought transition glasses 3 months ago for walking around my neighborhood, used about 20-25 times. Frame was broken when I went to use one day when I took them out of the hard case I kept them in. All CA Glasses would offer is 50% off another pair. Why would I spend almost $200 for glasses that only lasted 3 months?

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. It has been more than 1½ years, and CAGlasses still has not provided the correct frames and lenses that I originally ordered for my son. What should have been a simple eyewear purchase has turned into an endless cycle of broken promises, changing stories, and excuses. Throughout this process, CAGlasses repeatedly assured me they would make the lenses for the frames I selected. After months of waiting, they would change their position and tell me they could no longer do it. This has happened multiple times. Every time I thought the issue was finally resolved, they came up with another excuse or changed the terms. To make matters worse, they now refuse to let me purchase the frames I originally wanted unless I pay additional charges that were never part of the original agreement. Instead of honoring their commitments, they continually try to upsell me or charge me more for the same product. After more than a year and a half, I still do not have the glasses I ordered for my son. The lack of communication, inconsistent explanations, failure to honor promises, and constant attempts to charge additional fees have been incredibly frustrating. I cannot recommend CAGlasses to anyone. If you're looking for a company that stands behind its commitments and values its customers' time, I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Would give 0 stars if possible. When you try and call you get put on hold for hours and nobody will answer. This is definitely a SCAM website. You can "chat" with someone on messages but the never answer your questions and the give excuses after excuses as to why they haven't shipped them yet. We are 1 month after my order date. I have submitted a fraudulent charge with my bank. They pay for 5 star reviews which explains their higher rating on Google. PLEASE DON'T GET SCAMMED, DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
