Glasses are fine. Took longer to process than their website says. And I've tried contacting them numerous times for 2 weeks via email, and no one ever responds, not once. Text worked, but at the point I asked to cancel my account, I got ghosted. Now no one cares to acknowledge me. Never again

Bought transition glasses 3 months ago for walking around my neighborhood, used about 20-25 times. Frame was broken when I went to use one day when I took them out of the hard case I kept them in. All CA Glasses would offer is 50% off another pair. Why would I spend almost $200 for glasses that only lasted 3 months?

Bria at CA was very helpful in ordering my new glasses. This is my 2nd pair of CA Glasses, as my eyes have changed. The Matrix Bayshore Prescription glasses are perfect for my shooting competitions. They are lightweight and allow me a clear, full wide view. I've used my 1st pair for almost 2 years without any issues. I would recommend them as great shooting glasses.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. It has been more than 1½ years, and CAGlasses still has not provided the correct frames and lenses that I originally ordered for my son. What should have been a simple eyewear purchase has turned into an endless cycle of broken promises, changing stories, and excuses. Throughout this process, CAGlasses repeatedly assured me they would make the lenses for the frames I selected. After months of waiting, they would change their position and tell me they could no longer do it. This has happened multiple times. Every time I thought the issue was finally resolved, they came up with another excuse or changed the terms. To make matters worse, they now refuse to let me purchase the frames I originally wanted unless I pay additional charges that were never part of the original agreement. Instead of honoring their commitments, they continually try to upsell me or charge me more for the same product. After more than a year and a half, I still do not have the glasses I ordered for my son. The lack of communication, inconsistent explanations, failure to honor promises, and constant attempts to charge additional fees have been incredibly frustrating. I cannot recommend CAGlasses to anyone. If you're looking for a company that stands behind its commitments and values its customers' time, I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

From some of the reviews I did not expect such great customer service.The product was shipped at a reasonable time and I was pleasantly surprised. The product is a great value for the price, I will buy again.

Would give 0 stars if possible. When you try and call you get put on hold for hours and nobody will answer. This is definitely a SCAM website. You can "chat" with someone on messages but the never answer your questions and the give excuses after excuses as to why they haven't shipped them yet. We are 1 month after my order date. I have submitted a fraudulent charge with my bank. They pay for 5 star reviews which explains their higher rating on Google. PLEASE DON'T GET SCAMMED, DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
