Bria helped me remake the glasses in single-vision reading lenses and even offered to process the new pair without requiring a return. When my glasses arrived, Kelly called within 15 minutes of me opening the package. They weren’t quite right so I called her back to ask about getting them fixed. She was so understanding and friendly. She’s taken care of everything to replace them with another pair. I’ve truly appreciated the concierge service she’s provided me.
