Satisfied and delivery very quick

My order came promptly and the dress is exactly what I ordered. Very satisfied!

I ordered five items from this company, having checked the sizes ordered against their size guide. Not one of the items fit at all, in anyway. I spent over $180 USD and emailed their service address requesting to return the items and have a full credit. I have been offered a refund of $25 USD and to keep the items, to which I replied over a month ago saying that this offer wasn't acceptable and that I wanted to return the items and have a full refund. have emailed them again and still no reply....very very very poor customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to be stung! Update 7/7/23 Don’t use this company! After numerous emails that haven’t been replied too, I’m still waiting for a response!

I am trying to get in touch with customer service to return my dresses since they don’t fit. Which is unfortunate since I like the dresses. But no one is replying to any of my emails.

The order took a over a month to be delivered. I do like the clothes but disappointed in the amount of time that lapsed from placing the order and receiving.

Love this outfit. So comfy and looks classy. Service and shipment was quick and efficient.

I received my order but I need to return it. I have emailed them 4 times. Mo response. Very unprofessional. Update June 14/23. I still have not heard a word from them after continuously emailing them. Yet another scam.
