Terrible. They say match bet but you must WIN 1500 within a period of five days, if you don't, all is forfeit. Horrible customer service...just bots, bots, bots giving you no answers. After 20 mins of that and only allowed to select their few answers you get a live agent IF YOU TRY REALLY HARD. With the same bot answers. I was up from my 100 deposit but because I did not wager 1500 they took all my winnings and my deposit too. TERRIBLE

It allowed me to start a account. And add money too the account. When I tried playing. It denied me access and I talked to customer support. They refused to give me my money back. That's robbery. And should be illegal. I read the terms. And it says that it's no way off winning any money. And if bye chance you do. It will not pay anything out. Soo what does that say. I have played lightning Keno for 1 year at this online casino. They took the game away so I played lightning box Keno, every time I got inside the bonus round which is the only way you can really make any money on this game, it would tell me to log out for inactivity as I'm sitting there winning money for the first time after losing hundreds of dollars it starts paying. This happened to me multiple times. Who knows how much I could have won it's very frustrating. So I went to Cleopatra Keno and again when I got the 12 free spin which doubles the wins during those 12 spins same thing happened again. I played regular Keno I think it's called power keno and absolutely no issues because they don't have these kind of rounds. And of course they don't pay any money either. So when I was using a AI generated customer service agent they did not help me so they connected me to a live agent. This was even more frustrating than the way the casino was treating me. The first agent as I was answering the question they disconnected and said that I took too long and the agent left. So I had to start the process all over again this time I was giving very quick and short sentences using voice recognition and sending them quickly letting them know that I did not want to be thrown out for an activity again. Bottom line they blamed my phone they blamed my devices they blame my Wi-Fi they started throwing these numbers at me and codes at me which meant absolutely nothing to me. It was quite insulting, the customer service was worse than the actual casino. I believe that we have a very rude generation in front of us. And I hate to blame a whole generation for Caesars misunderstanding on what customer service is supposed to mean.
