The company is quick to provide an available moderator and the translation of materials is the fastest I've seen. The only drawback is having to go back and forth on moderator availability. It would be nice if we could have a calendar to block availability in real time - this would prevent issues we had where moderators were then no longer available. We lost quite a few experts due to the issue with blocking moderator availability which resulted in the project extending longer than it needed to.
