CabrexaReviews of cabrexa.com

Zero star was not an option available. Ordered Nov 22 and still waiting. Got confirmation email saying dispatched and delivery 12 days. Get the same response each time I email from Stephanie..useless. Requested refund. Not hopeful. Don't waste your money. Scam

ZERO STARS!! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!! I ordered chair covers and Christmas cushions in September 2022a week apart. I received a totally different pattern and colour of the chair covers and contacted them right away. Had to take pictures both on and off the chair, and send a screenshot of my order, they were organising a replacement. I never received the Christmas cushion covers at all!!! No matter how many emails I send, I only ever receive the automated response from "Stephanie", who I'm sure isn't even an actual person!! It is clear they're never going to arrive, will flood their inbox with emails every day just to be annoying!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, I don't know how they have not yet been shut down!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

WARNING, this company takes your money and does not deliver Robot automated customer service is useless

I placed an order from the Canadian website the Super Cover Canada and later found it’s the same as Cabrexa. I am waiting since December and still nothing, no update, no item. They do not answer any email. Do not buy from this place!

Wouldn't even give one star. I ordered 2 x Pillow Covers back in October 2022 from Cabrexa that I never received. After sending Cabrexa numerous emails, and Cabrexa coming back to me that the Pillow Covers were on their way I have still not received them to this day. If you are thinking of buying from Cabrexa don't waste your money, they are a rip off.

I ordered my covers on October 2022, I have never received my cover sine then, it’s three months now😡. I keep emailing and texting the company, they won’t respond. I just want my cover or money back. I wish I read this before I order last Oct

Worst company and customer assistance. I ordered chair Covers in Nov. 2022 never received my order. Contacted customer service several times was told that they were looking into it and never resolved. I have tried to contact many times still as of 1-26-23 no seat covers. Please don’t waste your money you won’t get your order. My next step I am contacting better business bureau.

I'm not happy with material and color of chair covers, tried contacting company to return items the next day. I have been unsuccessful in contacting company no matter how much I try. There's an auto messaging system that gets you nowhere and still to this day have not heard back from the company. I feel this company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
