I order zip ties for my oyster farm. Decently fast shipping and reliable product. No problems to report!

Ordered product on Tuesday, called Cable Ties to confirm item was in stock as my client needed product by the next Monday. Ordered on line and received confirmation of order but product did not "ship" until two days later. When I received the tracking number, it was no good and did not show any tracking information. Called cable ties and they assured me it was shipped out. 6 days later, still no product and tracking number still not updated. Called again and they stated there was a mix up in the warehouse and the package was not put on the UPS truck. They blamed UPS and informed me I should have paid for 2 day shipping to guarantee delivery. Normal ground delivery is only 3 days but product arrived 8 days after the "ship" date. Product did not leave their warehouse until 7 days after I ordered it. Poor customer service.

Great selection of items. Fast service, good prices and never a problem. I found a couple items I couldn't find anywhere else. Five Stars for sure.
