I love using these cable ties when I am making door wreaths and buying in bulk is the best way to save

I haven’t even got my package yet and it’s already been a terrible experience! I ordered close to a month ago and had to reach out a week later cause there was no update on my order. Turns out my order was delayed 3 weeks, but they didn’t inform me until I asked what was going on. It was getting close to my suppose delivery date and had to contact them again because I still had no update. They told me they just got inventory and we’re going to send out my order immediately. FOUR days later sill nothing on my order. Today I contacted them for the THIRD time about my order and how I got no update whatsoever. They told me my order shipped yesterday, but only sent me confirmation AFTER I contacted them. Almost a MONTH later I’m finally about to get my package this week. I would’ve understood if they told me the item was unavailable until a certain date when I ordered. But since they took my order without having inventory and didn’t say anything until I reached out is POOR COMMUNICATION!!! They advertise “Fast Shipping” yeah no. I will say they have fast customer service, they responded right away. But wow simple order communication is a 0. I will not be ordering from them again and we will see when my package arrives if it’s what I ordered. I DON’T RECOMMEND!!!!!

The are significantly cheaper. They also don't jack up the shipping and they don't add any handling fee. I found them to be a good value

I am a General Contracting company, our job was running late (due to COVID) and I need to return $171.01 worth of merchandise that just didn’t fit. I called and got a guy who told me that despite the fact that I can’t use it I have no option to return as I’m 13 days over the return period. Why support small places like them when they don’t support the customer? 13 days due to COVID and no exception, not even for store credit?! I’m submitting a form now to ask for a return - let’s hope someone else has more common sense.

Received the 14" zip ties and they are excellent!
