Quick shipping, no sales tax, but stock outs
I like that being a WY based company, CTM has no sales tax. They ship quickly. My complaint is that they seem to be out of stock frequently with items, especially shrink tubing.

Great customer service
Great customer service - I made a mistake and did not see that the item I ordered was out of stock. The customer service rep helped me find a comparable item in stock and adjusted the invoice. Order arrived in a timely fashion.
