Not a trustworthy company
Received the wrong item but was told it was what I had ordered. Had to show them the original order before they would ship the correct one out. Decided to return an item from that order and did get a rma as per their process. Now they claim they never received it. Will not buy from again. Update as of Aug 17 - company reached out and provided a suitable compromise; provided refund less shipping I would have incurred.

Tried to receive a refund for a…
Tried to receive a refund for a purchase when the wrong item was shipped. Company could not even verify what was shipped to me without constant emails asking for model and serial numbers of items shipped. Would not recommend shopping with a business with such poor customer service relations. If you dont know what product your shipping out to your customers, and your only concern is the purchase and the money received, maybe you shouldn't be selling to the general public!

As per the telephone conversation you had with our customer service agent, we simply wanted to confirm what you received so we could get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. We are more than happy to issue a full refund, but will the incorrect item sent back (we will provide the pre-paid label). Unfortunately we cannot give you those products at no charge as well as a full refund. We have tried to call you to help, but have not heard back from you.
