The Front Desk was always very welcoming and was able to help with scheduling and support. The tutoring experience was helpful; you can clarify questions and ask for extra support in specific areas. The only downside was that it could take a little bit of time to get answers because you are also working with other students. Depends on the situation. Overall the tutors were able to help me understand concepts and problems for my classes (especially physics, thanks for that), but not much of an "increase in SAT score" as they really claim to promote, in my experience. I was a student at c2. I think that, at least for SAT and college essays, they teach very well and can provide great advice and expertise. The SAT content is very similar to what you’ll find in the test. Their college essay tutoring is very helpful because second opinions are always great for writing. My only warning is to not start too early for SAT because bad study habits form the longer you’re there, not only at c2. I was in tutoring from 7th to 11th grade, and I couldn’t focus anymore towards the end.

This is what I think about C2, from a GPA management standpoint to an SAT Prep center. GPA Management/ School Help This is where C2 shines. They have science, history, English, and other tutors to help you succeed in any class. For English, I usually get my English tutors to be my editor and is honestly a life saver. As a person who wants to major in chemistry and go into med school, having a chemistry tutor with a Ph.D. degree in chemistry is honestly amazing, he explains concepts better than the teacher. My only complaint here is when they first made you start, the interview I feel like they tell you that you won't be able to get into the top 100 colleges unless you have a 3.7+ GPA which in reality is more like 3.4+. But besides that, I loved my counselor, Maris, and she was very supportive. SAT Prep I'm going, to be honest, it's definitely not 10/10 amazing, but after being in 4 other SAT Prep centers, I can easily say this is one of the top 2, if not the best SAT Prep center yet. Here you are in control, you can do which book you want, which days you want, so it gives you the power to do what you think will further improve your studies. This is one of the benefits I see from C2 than lets say Crimson Review and Y2. Those 2, are incredibly strict, they think you should do it their way and only their way, which in reality is incorrect as we are all different. C2 allows you to experiment with methods of SAT test-taking which in my opinion is very important. The only downside to this is it is expensive coming out at almost 70 dollars an hour.

Tutors are very nice. Really helped with AP tests.

My son likes the atmosphere there, of course the teachers. But sometimes they changed teachers without notice.

C2 had been very helpful to my kids education.

C2 is an excellent place to give your child a well-defined structure and method in their learning. The learning plan is intelligently executed with very high intention, and sincere effort gearing towards excellence by the tutors. C2 encourages students to do better and the teachers there genuinely care about their student's performance. As a parent, I thought that C2 really helped with my child's overall performance scores. From a student perspective, however, make sure that you are on top of deciding your scheduled class times because these things can frequently become confused especially when a student engages in multiple school related activities.
