I had horrible drenching night sweats and hot flashes all day for years. I did a lot of research to find something that I didn't have to take pills for. Once I found Winona, I am so happy. Its been 4 months now with the lotion and I sleep all night and wake up dry and my hot flashes during the day have decreased enormously! This is magic, thank you so much Winona!!!

I began my journey with Winona a month ago. I am post-menopausal and had all the symptoms - hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, anxiety, and weight gain. I am 54 years old and have had menopausal symptoms for almost 5 years.
