Ladies I wanted to write this review because I wanted to help many women out there that are like me. I've reading so many things on menopause premenopause, but I really couldn't understand it. But Only that my body was changing and no one is talking about the change of life 🧬. And to add to the stress . I went to store after store and buying over counter things and online stuff 🥺. That I thought would help!. So one day I just stopped,and said to myself I really need help! With this menapause stuff. And I think my phone heard me and this add came on my phone and TV . Lol 🤣 Wiona 💜💖 🙂. I can take a test and Dr visit are free . WOW 😲 I was like what was the catch ? . I have to be honest with you it took me a minute before going on and taking the quiz . My mind was telling me something my body was changing, it was so many things going on. 😱 But ladies when those hot flash hit me and then I not able to sleep and my joint started aching, and the weight gain.( Lol 😂).I ran to my computer and took the quiz. 😆 I didn't know that there was so much more to this menopause and premenopause. Ladies I am back feeling my best enjoying life sleeping that I will never take for granted again enjoying my husband getting up and moving trying to get the weight down but you have to have patience and you have to give it some time ,people's bodies are different mines was when I started taking the medicine I started having more heat flashes but then when I spoke with the doctor and I separated the pill and the cream which I take the pill in the morning and the cream before I go to bed at night and it works believe me I am a living testimony this product works. I've really enjoyed the experience with Winona. The communication has been very good and any questions I had were answered right away. I can tell a difference with some symptoms but I do still have slight mood swings and occasional night sweats. After my first 10 weeks, the Dr contacted me and adjusted my prescription with the hormone lotion and I am excited to continue my path to feeling normal again!

Winona is life changing. The hot flashes were truly horrible & the brain fog negatively affected my work. Within a week the hot flashes stopped and I was sleeping. Almost two months in and I think the brain fog is lifting. Fingers crossed it continues to get better.
