It's been great. I feel so much better and it's super easy. I couldn't get my gynecologist or primary doctor to even discuss HRT and my symptoms related to perimenopause. Now that I'm on it, they say it's fine.

Winona has been the best decision I could have made for myself. I truly cannot say enough positive words about my experience with Winona. About a year ago I started experiencing hot flashes, weight gain, sad/moodiness, and felt truly miserable. I started looking into different options as well as discussed it with my OB/GYN, and kept being told that I pretty much just had to “deal with it!” and it was “a phase that I would eventually get through”.
