I started Perimenopausal symptoms at 51…
I started Perimenopausal symptoms at 51 and had my last period a year later. My GP & Ob-GYN didn't seem interested in helping so I looked for alternatives. I started Winona 90 days a ago. Since starting Winona cream and DHEA supplements, I have found my hot flashes and night sweats have stopped, I feel much more balanced. I have more energy and improved mood. It has even improved our sex life. I had a disruption in my schedule that caused me to stop taking the supplements and I instantly saw a difference. The hot flashes started to return, I started to break out, and began to feel sluggish. Thankful, I got my routine back together and I am SO VERY HAPPY to have discovered Winona.

Bye Bye Hot Flashes
I have been using Winona for about a year, now. They are responsive and listen to my concerns. And, the fact that using the estrogen/progesterone cream has stopped my miserable hot flashes, is amazing! I was feeling quite hopeless because my gynecologist either wasn't listening to me, or just couldn't prescribe outside the usual western medicine solutions. I don't know which; but, I felt unheard. With Winona, it took playing with the dosage a little bit, but within a few months, I felt great again. Still struggling with the weight, but the hot flashes are gone.

Such a great experience! Timely follow up and feedback. The doctor listened to my concerns and needs. It’s so easy and I’m starting to feel so much more “normal”! If you are thinking about doing it, try it you won’t be disappointed!

Winona is wonderful!
After three weeks applying the 50/50 progesterone/estrogen cream at night, I am elated! I wish I would’ve started Winona years ago! Hot flashes are gone, I am sleeping through the night, my overall mood is positive and my anxiety is zero! My hair skin and nails look noticeably healthier and people have asked me if I had work done! I feel like a brand new woman and am able to really enjoy life to an extent I didn’t think was possible. I really struggled with long Covid and life changes (divorce) and honestly had no idea that the main source of my poor mental and physical health was hormonal changes. I’m so excited for my next chapter now. Another thing I love about Winona is the sense of a compassionate community. I was treated with respect and kindness during the onboarding process. The medical intake forms were well explained and my doctor was so nice! I had my prescription in hand just a few days later! It was so wonderful not to have to wait weeks for an appointment. I’m so happy and grateful.
