Super easy and straightforward way to start on HRT. It's really helped! I do wish they would also offer low dose testosterone for women as that can really make a huge difference in libido and overall hormone balance. Women need a small amount of T as well as Estrogen and Progesterone. My functional doctor prescribed it to me previously, but she closed her practice and I was without a doctor. When I started with Winona I asked about it but they said they don't prescribe T at all which makes it an incomplete service as I still have to find another doctor who will prescribe T. Then I will probably leave Winona just to simplify.

I am very happy with the treatment I've received and with the price (I've done private HRT in a clinic, and it was thousands just to walk in). My only complaint is that I get marketing emails EVERYDAY but they apparently have experienced some glitches in follow up treatment emails. I'd like to see more energy put into following up with how I'm doing that in trying to get me to refer a friend.

I don’t like the cost, and the option not to use insurance. I am a little hesitant about the lack of questions I was asked before receiving meds. I do like that it was quick and easy. My doctor has been a nightmare and very unsupportive. I have had to do my own research. I have had only a small handful of hot flashes. Possibly inflammation in my knee gone. Just wishing weight loss could happen too.

They answer any concerns in a timely manner. The medication seem to working I am starting to notice changes in my night sweats/ hot flashes. Which is a big positive!

So far I am happy with the service. My only complaint is not getting notifications on messages, but other than that all is well. I just finished my 10 weeks and am looking forward to some more changes.

Winona has been truly amazing for me! My hot flashes have improved markedly and are almost completely gone--they are tweaking my estrogen dosage to improve this with the next prescription refill. Dr. Green has been super responsive to any questions or concerns I've had, and the staff at Winona has been supportive without being invasive. If you are on the fence about trying it, DO IT! I should have done it sooner but didn't know it was an option till I saw the instagram ads and looked into it further. I'm so glad I took the leap!

Love the fact I can talk to a doctor when necessary. My prescription gets delivered to my door. The web sight is good and informative but getting into my account is difficult at time and there is no specific area to pause subscriptions which is very important due to financial difficulties at times.

After starting the treatment, within a week, I noticed my hot flashes were gone! I had more energy and was able to feel like myself, or even better, by the end of my first month! I'm 50 years old. I started menopause early as did my mother and older sister. They didn't have this when they were going through it and I pitied them! Thank God I had the option of a bio identical, non-invasive, discreet, convenient, and affordable treatment! I do recommend you try it if you suffer from the symptoms of menopause.
