Can't recommend Winona enough!!
I've been using my Estrogen/Prog Cream and DHEA pills for almost 1 month and I've already noticed a HUGE difference! Almost 2 weeks to the day, my hot flashes and night sweats were gone, and so was my insomnia! About a week later I noticed other small improvements as well. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I stay on this path!! I am starting to feel like my old self again, or at least a post-menopause version of my old self! I would highly recommend to anyone suffering from the common side effects of peri, menopause or post-menopause to give Winona a try. And, you can do so confidently, knowing that you have a medical advocate to help guide you and answer any questions you have.

Having this program available for Women to address their menopause challenges is a life saver. With all the studies now showing how the fear of hormone therapy is misguided and how the Women’s health study in the early 2000’s really has misled providers and women for the better part of 2 decades AND the fact that mainstream doctors have been slow to adopt, Winona and programs like it should be given an award. Truly is life-changing. They are great to work with, timely in their communication and thorough with explanations and guidance. Thank you Winona!!!

I have literally been handed back my…
I have literally been handed back my life!! Traditional hrt was a disaster for me and for years I’ve been just putting bandaids over symptoms. I am off all anxiety, depression and sleep meds. I’m engaging in life again and I had results almost immediately. Beyond grateful and hopeful and excited about the next chapters in my life
