Stubborn no more
I was one of those women who thought menopause symptoms weren’t real- all in the head, but I was having so many issues that I thought I had nothing to lose. That decision was the best one I ever made. The brain fog that I’d had for the last 10 years was gone within the first month of using the hormone cream. I didn’t even realize it was due to hormones. However, others can experience debilitating symptoms that impact their quality of life. In between those 2 extremes, are women who may be having symptoms but don't recognize them, or even deny them, as being related to fluctuating hormone levels.
